WELCOME TO IMPACT TECHNOLGIES

Impact Technologies Pty Ltd was established by Impact Recycling Pty Ltd to provide the recycling industry with plant and equipment that is capable to recycling a wide variety of products for various applications.

 

The thinking behind this was created from observing customers/recyclers purchasing cheaper and less efficient equipment, then finding the equipment purchased didn’t meet their expectations, which, in turn, created issues with higher freight costs (lighter bales than specified) equipment that struggled to meet production throughput or meet end users’ requirements.

 

Impact Technologies has supplied:

 

• A HDPE wash plant from start to finish, providing the equipment, installing the equipment and then operating the plant to full capacity - processing HDPE bottles from bottle to washed then dried flake.

 

• Supplied glass sorting/cleaning plants that removed aluminium, steel and other contaminates from the glass to improve the quality while suppling a cullet suitable to the market.

 

• Supplied deposit container redemption vending machines to private and government agencies where customers can redeem their deposit containers. 

 

• Provided compaction balers to private and government agencies to process plastic, cardboard, chemical drums, drip pipe for use by manufactures to recycle back into new products. 

 

• Provided magnets, Eddie Current’s, and other smaller items to customers to reduce manual handing online when sorting MRF materials.

 

• Provided conveyors specifically designed to meet various plants needs or changes as operators choose to change the flow of production.
